Christmas and New Year

All GSG offices will be closed over the holidays (December 23, 2019 through January 3, 2020). In the event of technical emergencies, please send an email to

All students and staff have access to our IT Help Desk in room 0.014 . There, we are happy to answer your questions about the IT infrastructure and solve your technical problems.

The help desk is staffed at the following core times:

Weekday core time
Mon 10 am - 2 pm
Tue,Wen,Fri 12 pm - 2 pm
Thu 10 pm - 2 pm

For personal reasons, the help desk can not be staffed throughout the building opening hours. However, at the core times listed above, the help desk is most likely to be staffed. Please refrain from contacting our staff in other offices (except transponder matters) so that we can do our job properly.
